Les, you'd make a great ostrich!

I love when you wrote "Anyone who has checked this company out knows the truth". Let me give you a hint, there, ostrich boy. I've checked this company out better than anyone on this board. If you don't want the facts, then go bury your head in the sand. If you do, than do a little research, on the Net and thru the Edgar SEC filing service. There have been negative articles galore about this company and the stock scam that it represents. And if you think they are going to sell their product, then you know something that Smith and Wesson and Colt don't, because they've both investigated the product and the market and they've made other plans for OEM locks (and concluded that LOCK makes an inferior product). So have the other gun manufacturers.

Do you know who financed this company thru offshore financings last year, Ostrich boy? Would it surprise you to find out that Arthur Braun, the alleged buyer/distributor of LOCK's product, holds cheap offshore stock? Would it surprise you to know that D&W Enterprises has no track record in selling ANY product connected with the gun industry, and that D&W's reputation is as a LIQUIDATOR of distressed merchandise? Thats only the tip of the iceberg in this scam, Ostrich boy. If you'd do a little homework, you'd avoid being one of the sheep being led to slaughter. And, yes, I am short this stock, because I've done the legwork and I know whats going on. I only wish I was short a lot more (if the price runs up over $4 again, you can bet I will be!).

Good luck, and I hope you don't have your net worth tied up in this scam.
