Even though I feel the market is a big risk at the moment I didn't want to be out of it. I didn't like having so much of my 401K in T that's all. I hold T outside my 401K which is for the long haul and still have some inside it as well which I'll have to get rid of at the end of the year regardless of its price. As I explained my situation, I could only have held that T that I got rid of until December 31 of this year and then I would have been forced out of it anyhow.

With an Index Fund I'll just ride it out over the long haul. The index fund spreads things out so the correction, if it comes, won't be so bad and the recovery should be faster in my opinion, for whatever that is worth.

Happy investing!
