Picked this up on the Yahoo SGI thread - PART II - OTHER INFORMATION ITEM 5. OTHER INFORMATION In April 1998, at the request of Richard E. Belluzzo, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, the Company entered into an amendment to his employment agreement dated as of January 22, 1998 to eliminate the provisions for a supplemental payment in the event that the value of his equity position with the Company did not achieve certain targets over the vesting period.
