If any one is interested, www.smallcapinvestor.com has good summary of past and present listing requirements for Nasdaq SmallCap Market and National Market. I don't know how to transfer URL for this, so see also post # 2135 on TSIS thread (another good long term stock in my opinion, without the "emotional baggage" of ZULU).
