Mr. Biggs <<My only question is why would Mountain energy accept 55mm shares of ICVI at it's current price of .55 if their company has assets in excess of $200,000,0000?>> Mr. Biggs - ME needs to get a listing on the BB. They find a company, ICVI, that's going nowhere and make them some kind of an offer. They then change the name to ME**. It's a cheaper and faster way to get a listing than starting from absolute scratch. Regards bbruin
