Well with this I have found where TENCEL will end up IF PPG fails in its attempt at a hostile takeover of COU --this is AKZO NOBEL announced plans-- " Akzo Nobel intends to combine Courtaulds' Fibres & Chemicals business with its existing Fibers Group to create a broadly based, international fibers business with leading market positions. Combining the two businesses will enable Akzo Nobel to accelerate the implementation of its stated strategy to participate in the restructuring of the global fibers industry. Akzo Nobel intends to investigate the most appropriate means of spinning off the combined fibers business, including by way of demerger to Akzo Nobel shareholders."---before today I did not even know there was a AKZO NOBEL--I now know they have 70,000 employees-- max90--BTW,the stated intend of the lyocell revolution is,THEY say,to harvest the wood pulp for lyocell from only tree farms and not from the wild---learned a lot today I didn't know before--even if it doesn't lead to an investment.
