Sorry, you are right on this one. The company didn't mention this testing. You did, and you apologized for the incorrect information on this.
As for the Nasdaq listing as compared to a BB listing there is a huge difference. Go to the Stock Detective thread. They warn investors about companies trying to represent themselves as being on the Nasdaq.
Maybe this was an oversite on the part of the company, maybe not.
As far as me publically assuming that you are lying, that is your assumption. I didn't accuse you of lying, I merely asked a question and stated some observations and opinions.
BTW can you supply that link to the see the # of shares shorted on any OTC stocks?
