I can't find the reference. The statement was about PC sales and had to do with the upgrade of web based sales.

However, from the Barron's article in previous post (Number 820)

which is in direct conflict with some statements that I have seen made that enterprise sales constitute the majority of DELL sales vs Barron's statement of 11 percent of DELL revenue

In fact, the enterprise side of the business has grown rapidly:
It now comprises 11% of Dell's revenues, nearly double the 6% of sales it represented last year, Hause notes.
