A number of posts back someone summarized the key points to look for: Sufficient authorized, modest float, unfair advantage, no dilution, no floorlessconvertibles, strong management, new contracts for business. I agree with those, but sometimes it's tough..Especially when the holding that satisfies the most of those criteria happens to be the one that is also down the most. TG
