Hello! DG Cruise, You asked where the previous two posters got the CVIA News? It came out on BUSINESS WIRE! The site for it is businesswire.com I noticed that Jimbo also noticed the part of the news release that announced that a plan to compensate it's shareholders due to the share consolidation would be provided with details soon! I have personally been hoping that a compensation solution would be made available to the share holders! I look forward to seeing the details! So! Two key points for consideration , in my opinion! Today's news release addressed the share consolidation, but then also advised of a shareholder compensation package ( with details to follow!)... Best Regards, Wayne J.
