Probably because the SCM market isn't yet as overcrowded as the front office market.

I think customer satisfaction has more to do with the (non automation) alternative in mfg/logistics.

For as long as I can remember, trying to coordinate mfg between 2 vendors has been a nightmare. First it was attempted by custom edi applications that never worked, then ERP had a little bit, but now these SCM applications are the first thing that really is solving the problem. So the customers are pretty happy and seeing an immediate ROI on these installations, if they can get them in and get some agreement with their trading partners on the process flow.

This compared to say, SFA where many organizations are not completely sure they need it, and many users don't even want it (even though mgmt does).

Not to say competition doesn't enter into it, Im sure at some point one SCM vendor will be the "customer satisfaction leader", but right now manu and itwo are adding so much value they both get high rankings from customers.
