airborn, here's the excuse - hope you didn't sell. exchange2000.com Cognicase seems to be a fine company with good software but CGI is quite a different company. Outsourcing has grown to 85% of the business with Y2K now accounting for only 10% of revenues. In short, CGI is where Cognicase (and many others) want to be.
