About two years ago I had muscular build and look good for a 43 yr old man. Now after setting in solitude for this long I have lost my six pack stomach and definition in my build. Hey it is worth it. If I get financially secure I can shape back up in a month if it is even worth it. LOL the only reason would be to attract a woman and heck I am to fickled to do that so my out of shape physical self may be a blessing in a world of hard body expectations. LOL GB Find me an old woman older than me. Heck they will do you right.
