David. Please accept my humble apologies.. under YAHOO it does say 10-Q filing on May 15th, I didn't realize that it was for last year. Normally any news on YAHOO boards is 30 days current,after that it's dropped off.I didn't remember seeing it last time I looked at DAWC on Yahoo. I don't expect anything out of this stock,as I too have been reversed down to a small holding,but I did get the spinoff shares,even if they are worthless<g> I have tried to get a phone number for the company to find out about the restricted shares we were issued,but I cant seem to get a valid number. Can anyone help???? Good Luck...... John
