Another persons opinons of doctors, And I thought mine were bad. With the viagra craze this info might even be usefull, I only posted is cause she had some things to say about doctors which are similar in views to mine. Growing up in a family in the profession gives you a real wrong sence of what the world is like when you are let out. Prob the same as any other profession.
Keeping Healthy
Cheryl was the prettiest and most level-headed of all the working girls I interviewed. She was a petite, five foot two, with strawberry blond hair and blue-green eyes. Her goal was to eventually become a doctor with money saved from being in business. She was a health nut, keeping her perfectly proportioned body in shape with early morning workouts at a local gym. Vitamins and proper rest were an important part of her strict regimen. She was also one of the most popular prostitutes. Her phone never stopped ringing, and her date book was filled months in advance. These are her own words, right off the tape recorder.
(Author's note: The methods and medical treatments described are Cheryl's own. Under no circumstances should any procedures be tried without proper medical consultation.)

Cheryl:
I really believe in taking care of yourself, particularly in this business. There are so many diseases to worry about that a girl is crazy not to keep in tip-top shape. Anyone who uses drugs must be crazy. I always work out, not just to keep my body beautiful, but to keep it healthy as well. Vitamins are important too. I never see more than one client a day. I can devote my full attention to him and then take good care of myself afterward.
Let me tell you some ways to keep healthy in this business. I hope this information will help other girls. I am going to be a doctor, so I read up on health a lot. I also get asked to give advice to my Johns and other girls in the business. Here are some of the tricks I have learned.
First of all, get enough rest. You don't need money so badly that you have to abuse your body. Being constantly exposed to the bodies of others presents a high risk. Your body needs rest to recuperate.
Secondly, get a doctor who you can trust. He might be one of your clients or a sympathetic female doctor at a walk- in clinic. Treat your doctor like an employee. His job is to keep you healthy, not criticize your career. If you get a venereal disease, you don't want to have to report it to the health authorities. If you go to a regular public doctor, he will make you list all your sexual contacts and that would be deadly to your business. Your own personal doctor can keep you healthy without going through all those legal problems.
Personally, I prefer to go to a female doctor. They are more sympathetic to female problems. Besides, I know how male doctors think. If people knew how perverted male doctors were, they would never go to them. Even the good ones probably go home after work to fantasize and jerk off. I don't want it to be my pussy that they're thinking about. I'd rather see someone who cares about me as a person not a pro.
If you don't have access to a trusted doctor, then you should have one male friend whom you can trust. Then, if you think that you have contracted a disease, you just go into a clinic and say that your boyfriend has been unfaithful.
The health authorities will contact your male friend and he can tell them that he caught it from a one-night stand and is already being treated for it. The search for other contacts ends there. That way, you don't have to name any clients, most of whom are married anyway. Of course, be sure to notify the client that you figure gave you the disease so he can get cured too.
Your clients don't have to panic if they feel that they might have a disease. The most common little problem in the field now is chlamydia. This gives a slight annoying discharge to men but is easily cleared up by taking tetracycline, an inexpensive and readily available antibiotic.
Tetracycline is used for many problems, not just venereal disease. Anyone can go to a doctor and say that they feel that they have a urinary tract infection and could they please get a prescription for tetracycline. Doctors dispense this drug regularly, and it can be got in any pharmacy in Mexico without a prescription.
You might even get a prescription for norfloxacin, a powerful antibiotic that is used to treat urinary tract infections. This drug will kill gonorrhea germs as well. I advise most professional working girls to keep either a ten-day supply of tetracycline or a five-day supply of norfloxacin on hand for immediate treatment. If they have the least suspicion that something isn't quite right with their bodies, they can take the course of antibiotics without missing too much work.
Another common problem in this business is yeast infections, a condition that is aggravated by antibiotic use. Most doctors prescribe a messy course of vaginal creams which are hell on business. You should get your doctor to prescribe nystatin or mycostatin oral. That way, you won't be interrupted by those unsightly suppositories and cream.
To help prevent yeast infections, you can give yourself an extra boost during your period, a time when your body is weakest. Most prostitutes boil up small squares of ordinary kitchen sponge in a tablespoon of vinegar to a pint of water. These sponges are inserted in the vagina, prior to sexual intercourse, and form an absorbent barrier for menstrual blood. The client never feels them if they are at body temperature.
If you use mycostatin cream around the sponge before positioning it, this will stop the instances of yeast fungus. Sometimes the sponge is difficult to remove if you have a hard banging client, but eventually your body will expel it. A well-fitted diaphragm can also be used during your period.
Trichomonas is a type of vaginal infection that a working girl can easily diagnose by the change of smell in her normal vaginal secretions. This nasty little three- headed bug is carried by males but only seems to annoy females. The drug that is commonly prescribed to get rid of it is flagyl. Unfortunately, this drug leaves an awful taste in your mouth, gives you bad breath and makes you nauseous. You can get around this a bit by using flagyl suppositories, but usually you need the oral drug to clear up this disease, as the little creature is extremely persistent.
Most prescriptions tell you to take two pills, twice a day for ten days, but I prefer to get the treatment over with quickly. You can take eight pills all at once and blast those little devils out of your body immediately. I talked with a pharmacist friend, and it won't hurt you to do it this way. If you really can't stand flagyl, then a longer course of erythromycin will do the trick without the nausea.
When you get a prescription from your doctor, always ask for a second prescription to treat your partner. Most doctors are quite willing to give out two prescriptions because they know that you can be reinfected if your partner carries the disease. Now that you have two prescriptions, you can treat yourself when you know that you have a particular bug. This will save you frequent trips to the doctor, thus avoiding suspicion about your sexual activities.
I have known several working girls who circumvent the hassle of doctors by getting all these prescription drugs from a veterinary supply store. Farmers are always treating their cows and sheep with generic drugs, so it becomes a matter of adjusting dosages accordingly by weight. Venereal warts apparently can be cleared up with an application of gentian violet, a drug used on horses.
You may criticize this practice, but let me tell you about medical professionals in this country. There is something very wrong with a system that worships doctors who in turn worship money. Pharmaceutical companies and doctors make a lot of money from pain and suffering that can easily be prevented.
I will tell you about one of my clients who was dying from asthma. He always had lung infections and couldn't walk without gasping. He was getting steadily worse. His doctor gave him prednisone, a drug that has some terrible side effects. I found out about this clinic in Mexicali, from a call girl who had the same problem. I sent my client there and he got a drug called ambophyllin, which isn't available in Canada or the United States. He took it along with polaramine, an antihistamine, and is completely cured. He can work a full day and breathes easy. He would be dead today if he waited for our medical system.
I also helped a client who was dying of prostate cancer. I recommended a health food store where he got a book on macrobiotic diets. Some of these diets work specifically on different types of cancers. He is completely healthy now, no thanks to his family doctor.
People should be able to do what they want with their bodies, without government interference. Do you know that marijuana has terrific medicinal value and could help alleviate problems suffered by countless numbers of people? If patients would sign a waver, accepting full responsibility for their action, they could have access to many heretofore unavailable live-saving procedures. Signing a waver would cut down on a lot of stupid lawsuits against doctors. When you wait for someone else to take responsibility for your life or actions, then nobody takes responsibility. That's why we have an irresponsible government and sluggish medical profession.
Before I go any further, let me tell you that I have never had a venereal disease. My information comes mostly from reading, talking to medical professionals, and talking to other prostitutes. I am a firm believer in vitamins and cleanliness.
Vitamin C has a protective role in viral illnesses because a deficiency causes a malfunction in the immune system. I take massive amounts of Vitamin A, 80,000 units a day, because it prevents yeast infections. Some girls swear by acidophilus, available in any health food store. Trace minerals like selenium and zinc seem to help prevent a lot of diseases. The least any working girl should do is take a good multiple vitamin and mineral pill, three times a day. I do, and I've never had so much as a cold in my three years in business.
Let me stress that it is important to get regular check- ups from a trusted doctor. I go for an internal once a week and a blood test once a month. However, if you are careful, it is probably not necessary to go so often. I'm paranoid about health.
The most scary diseases are herpes and AIDS. Safe sex is really important, and I always use a condom. However, broken rubber happens often in this business. Also, a fast humper will wear the condom off in your vagina so you have to fish it out. There are still ways to protect yourself, and you should be prepared beforehand.
Nonoxyl-9 is a substance that is known to kill chlamydia and the AIDS virus. It is found in most contraceptive foams available at any drugstore. I always give myself a shot before I see any client.
Some of my customers have diabetes and they get little chancre sores on their penis. I won't perform oral sex on them without a condom. I usually put some monistat cream on their cock before putting on a rubber because diabetics are prone to fungus infections and this should help them.
Men on blood pressure medication sometimes experience difficulty getting an erection. If you wrap a thick leather cord or nylon rope around the base of their testicles and penis, it keeps them rigid long enough for you to sit on it.
Another problem can occur with men who have a prosthesis which gives them a permanent hard-on. Instead of ejaculating semen, these men sometimes squirt out urine when they come. This is a warning to girls who give blow jobs to these types of men. There is nothing worse than that bitter taste if you're not expecting it.
The best preventative of venereal disease is ordinary soap and water. If guys would thoroughly wash their cocks before and after sex, most VD would disappear off this planet. Soap kills all sorts of germs, even the AIDS virus. If your clients would pee right after sex, that is even better. The acid in the urine kills all germs in the urinary tract.
From what I've read, it seems that there is something in human saliva that kills the AIDS virus. Oral sex is a very inefficient way to spread AIDS. Although I prefer to use condoms, if one of my good clients refuses to use them I will still give them a blow job. First I wipe their cock thoroughly with a good strong mouthwash. The tingle gives them an extra thrill. I like the mouthwash because it makes their cocks taste better, particularly the uncircumcised ones which tend to have a slimy, foul-tasting residue under the foreskin.
Most research seems to indicate that uncircumcised cocks are a hot-bed of disease germs. The warmth and moisture in the skin folds provide a perfect growth medium. A lot of guys who seem clean often neglect to clean the smegma (white substance) out of their foreskin. All the working girls I know hate uncircumcised cocks. A nice, round, purple head looks prettier and is cleaner. A good scrubbing with mouthwash is a necessity before doing anything with any cock.
Condoms can be made more exciting with the use of lubricating jelly and hot water. Apply a generous amount of K Y or Lubifax to the cock and then rub vigorously with hot water. The Johns almost come right away from this treatment alone. The slipperiness makes the condom glide on easily and they don't feel bothered by it. It makes that rubber dube feel almost as good as the real pussy.
If the client wants to give me head, I carry some dental dams. Those who are concerned about disease get a sense of security from this rubber shield. I can still feel the sensations from their tongue and I try to cum before they get tired.
One of the local girls came to me recently with a problem. She was pregnant. Thank God for abortion clinics! Hookers make terrible mothers. I have heard of some methods that bring about spontaneous abortions, and I am going to do more research on the subject in case access to legal abortions is halted.
I know one girl who said that she put something called slippery elm up into her cervix and it started contractions that pushed the fetus out. I've also heard of taking massive doses of castor oil and douching with alum. I don't know if these methods work. It is only hearsay. It will be wonderful when doctors can prescribe the morning-after pill from France.
Incidentally, did you know that one of the Vatican's companies produces birth control pills? It still won't let any of its followers use them. That has to be one of the worst cases of "conflict of interest" in our time.
Studying medicine and human anatomy has made me better at my work. I've learned all about the male prostate gland. If you insert a lubricated finger into your client's rectum while giving a blow job, they will cum twice as fast and twice as strong. They love the inside movement. In fact, using something in your client's rectum is probably doing him a big favour in the long run. Most likely, it is saving him from prostate problems in his old age. If I use a dildo, I always put a safe on it because you can spread warts around the anus with unclean equipment.
A lot of guys want to return the anal stimulation, but most girls I know don't get any big kick out of it because we don't have a prostate gland. I've seen girls in porno movies getting ass-fucked, but they're paid to act happy. I don't personally know any women who really like it.
One very important warning: never, never stick anything in your pussy that has been in someone's ass. It is a most dangerous and unhealthy thing to do. The intestines carry a bacteria called E. coli. This bacteria can cause urinary tract infections and vaginal infections. Both of these diseases are painful and make it impossible to conduct business or enjoy sexual intercourse.
Because of my specialized medical interests, I get asked by a lot of people to do piercings. The kinky crowd like rings, not only because it enhances their mate's beauty, but it is a personal display of ownership. They can attach wires from small batteries to the metal jewelry and get an extra charge with their lovemaking. I have done a lot of nipples and cocks and can tell you the safest way to do it.
The crudest job I've ever done was on a married client who was into pain. I sterilized an ordinary sewing needle by holding it in a candle flame for a minute. This man wanted me to put an invisible thread through his foreskin. He wanted to take me to dinner and anytime I needed some wine or some other service from him, I would just pull on the thread.
I pushed the needle, threaded with nylon monofilament, through the foreskin near the frenum. I used alcohol around the puncture. There was no blood. The skin is rather tough to go through and since my initial attempts, I've learned to use a thimble to push the needle through. The thread was doubled for extra strength. The whole operation worked out quite nicely and afterward there wasn't even a mark when the thread was removed. He could go back to his wife looking perfectly innocent.
There are a number of companies in the States that provide information and jewelry for specialized piercings. I have been very satisfied with The Gauntlet in Los Angeles, but I know people who have used the Silver Anchor in Florida. The Gauntlet will send you information on the safest way to pierce any part of the human anatomy. I have purchased some beautiful gold Prince Albert rings from them and have many satisfied clients.
I know some girls who use a piercing gun, like the ones that beauty parlors use for ears. This is much too brutal a machine for sensitive parts of the body like nipples. To pierce nipples, I cut off the circulation near the tip with elastics or clamps. I sterilize the area with alcohol and I use the large sterile blood-test needles that you can get from a labouratory or a veterinary supply store. Taxidermists also can get these types of sterile needles. I push the needle through the nipple and then I press the jewelry right up against the needle point. As I remove the large, hollow needle, I push the jewelry through the hole that it made. The area must be constantly cleaned with peroxide, or even better, a surgical scrub solution from your cooperative pharmacist. These piercings sometimes take as long as six months to heal, so you must be very careful of the sore area.
I hope the information I've given you will be helpful to everyone, not just other hookers. No one is ever going to stop people from having sex. I just want everyone to do it as safely as possible. |
