Struthers posted to this thread within the last few months exactly what CL said. Seems there is a difference of letter writer opinion? I know from the speculative resource companies that I follow that funding for them is almost impossible and some are working it through by delaying projects, and optimizing cash and cash flow if available. I sure don't see easy funding for many of the little guys. However, your comment is encouraging. If funding is easing (not just the improvement in POG) there may be hope for better than floorless debentures at IPM?
