Out of court settlements invariably require that the amounts not be made public. Patti is correct in saying the "other income" is our best source for knowing what the amounts are. This always seems the ultimate insider information since all the financial people have to know what the numbers are and probably all the folks who see monthly income results. We have to waited until the next quarterly filing after they receive the money. Many people on the thread were expecting a big number from Toshiba. It will be interesting to see if it is anywhere as large as GE's. Glenn
