The analyst points out that CPQ gets over 80% of their sales (and more for net profit) from the business side, not the consumers. In addition, even if their is a little lull from the US consumers, the overseas consumers will come in.

It's interesting about CPQ's cash position - 2.4 billion. They'll do something with it - either in the form of acquistions (whcih I think will come in the server area) or through a huge stock buyback. It will probably be both.

The 6.00 EPS est for 97 from 4.50 this year is over a 30% jump. Putting a 18 PE on 6 gives a 108 stock price next year!

As we get closer to the end of the year and 4th qtr earnings, it seems likely CPQ will split the stock (as DELL recently did).
