I apologize for inadvertently including the last paragraph regarding the IOM board, as when I was posting #130 last night, it didn't appear and I thought I probably didn't submit it properly. Only after going back over the previous posts did I realize that it was posted. By the way, the fact that the company was excluded from extracting a sanction is most likely a positive, but I'm not a lawyer, and perhaps the SEC felt that to punish the entity as a whole would be a weaker case rather than placing the blame on those that carried out the transgressions.
