Jim,

The reason the Down's lost both patent infringement lawsuits to INNN, is because THEY admitted in the first one that they had not invented the technology, Lockton of INNN had. If they had a real witness in 1993 hard to believe they would have lost both suits. No one was shorter on cash than INNN. NTN already had the license before any lawsuits, they apparently wanted more. The license is for only the hospitality business. Only.

Zing was sued by INNN, not vice-versa. They were a start up business controlled by TCI, as part of the scheme to control INNN and the patents. Zing is now belly up because they didn't have a product without the patents TCI thought they would get from INNN.

Several other companies also went out of business because they couldn't get around those patents.

INNN will not come back to life, even if they win the lawsuit against TCI. But someone will own the patents.

NTN is the only game in town until some larger company comes along and decides there is a business that can make money here somewhere. Maybe they buy NTN. Maybe not.

By the way, I have a filing cabinet full of research on INNN that I compiled over the years, to back this up.

I really don't have anything against NTN, they have enough problems of their own. I just hate to see uninformed, or half informed posts. Nothing personal.

Dwight
