Well Dave Like I said Friday, there are supposed to be some type of dividends issued 5/26/98, at least that is what came across some brokerage computers to try to off set the reverse split. I am not convinced of anything, but still I am going to give all this a chance and see what it will do to the trading price. I hope it does move the price up to .02 or higher, or what ever the post split price is equal to. KAA
