Richard: The following is from IPM's April 24 statement to shareholders:

"The de-listing proceeding was commenced because the Nasdaq staff raised questions regarding the adequacy of certain press releases by IPM during an approximately 1 1/2 year period ending November 14, 1997."

That's the way IPM puts it. I remember commenting when the April 24 statement came out that I was surprised IPM gave this much information about the reason why they were delisted. They could have said nothing and let people believe they were delisted for a technical reason.
