Proposal: Stockholders Meeting Site. I would like to propose
that the first Firamada Stockholders meeting, (company sponsored of
course) be held in the month of December in Orlando, Florida.

The agenda would be to review the past year's performance, Plans for
the future and introduction of the board of directors to shareholders.
