Hay Norm.. You and the Captain don't "get it". This stock didn't fall out of bed because of natural risks associated with tech or THE MARKET. WE WERE LIED TO BY MANAGEMENT!! Those smart switches were not available, earnings were mis-stated. Did you forget that the principals sold out huge amounts of CS at the very moment they were jerking around the suckers in the investment community. Class actions are not just for stocks that tank due to "business" or Asia. This suit is for behavior that hopefully can be proven fraudulent.
