Why didn't he?

If somebody printed scurrilous lies about you, wouldn't you respond in some way?

Maybe they are not lies. Maybe every word is the truth. Without response, one must assume so.

"To this day, nowhere I have seen or heard about his side of the story."

That's because he chooses not to tell his side of the story. Why doesn't he? And if he chooses not to tell his side of the story, how do you expect us to come up with it? You keep making accusations that myself or others haven't told Hayton's side of the story. Isn't that Hayton's job? I can't make the man speak if he chooses not to.
