Jeff,

Can't blame you a bit for bailing at this point. I have decided to stick with my PKC but have trimmed about 20% of my ROH position.

We gotta remember that primary targets in the Palo Blanco was never the Ubaque, but was the zones higher up. Finding something down in the Ubaque was just cream.

Now we finally get to see what we have in the primary targets, the Guadalupe & Mirador. This is worth hanging around for, IMO, as long as you have some other good news that is right behind that.

There is no such news I'm aware of for ROH, but in PKC's case I understand that they are in the advanced stages of discussions with several highly interested parties about farming out their Escondido acreage, in return for a carried interest. This is very positive IMO and will put a fire under the stock price once announced.

If neither the Guadalupe or Mirador are productive then I will probably dump some PKC at that time. But I feel that the likelihood of that is very low since they found pay in both this Estero 3 well and the Estero 1, a mere 400 meters away.

In any event we don't have long to wait now.
