KAA, It will sure be intertesting to watch how the market reacts on Tuesday. No, the past tense didn't strike me as strange: "Corporate vision... announced progress on the acquisition... ...also announced (that) the plan to compensate... is almost complete.." I think they will soon clarify that all they meant to say was that the plan "is almost complete", with details to follow. Milk P.S. That's what you get when you prepare a PR on Sunday night!<g>
