Good point Dave There is a big difference between 3 5/8 and $6, ol' math wiz's Jack and Pat want that NASD lisiting right LMAO... are you starting to see why I have been dead set against this whole deal? Sorry but I dont think, ah never mind I said I wasnt going to attack this PR And yes litagation is still set. So it wont do any good if this happens to be a stalling tactic, 106 give or take a few is on board for it, I have no way of really confiming the exact # only the lawyer knows that. KAA
