Mike,

Not sure you you are referring to in that reply, but it sounds like 'someon' is buying this stock before the split-up.

I have owned this since $2.50 off and on, made some good money. Basically, I believe its a good deal. For 1000 shares of PNRL at $17 I get 1000 shares of ACCB (valued around $7) AND 448 shares of BAY, which was valued between 22 and 23 and today was worth $24. So I am already up, provided ACCB does not tank after the split up. But I believe people are waiting to buy ACCB after the split up, not sell. Since it will be cheaper ($7 vs $17). So I am prediciting a rise from 7 or so to 8-9 range tues or wed. ACCB should start trading Tuesday.

I was at Comnet show in DC last year, the Access Beyond booth was standing room only. Everyone was requesting product info, which should result in more sales.

Plus you will see some announcements by ACCB as to where they are selling their product (so far,I have not seen anything). So we should expect something to come out real soon.

Guess we will see what happens after today....and whether I am right or wrong on this one, again.

Jay
