Hi Joe, David, et al who have come to witness the Titanic of head manufacturing. What do you call it when a small-cap becomes a micro-cap? Capsizing.

I guess the question of going below $5 will be answered soon. I think it is a foregone conclusion. Will it then be a good buy a la IFMX or a good bye a la ZE?

I am wondering how long it will take S&P to remove it from the S&P 600 and how that will effect the price.
