That is bullish for this stock. Unless these folks sell in the market and they may already have sold some....this stock will move strongly with a market float of 2M shares, IMHO! ////////////////////////////// I'll upload the 10-K page later, but all readers should understand that this is not even remotely correct...... insiders, Mark Capital and Med-Tech Ventures (V.C. arm of Warner-Lambert) own, according to page 19 (6/30/96), 57.5 to 60.4%, depending on how you treat incentive options that have not been exercised.
