Angelo, You sound strangely like a short. I mean, losing a contract when they have a backlog that extends 2-3 years into the future! Give me a break!

If they sell an interest in their money-losing subsidiary as an IPO, who gets the money? ORBI does! (As you well know). It also may mean that they carry less of the loss on the ORBI books and thus report higher earnings per share.
