Confused here? Can someone help? The SEC just filed charges this month and it is against the current company? Mary Erickson, one of the people you mention in your post as owning 3 million shares at probably a very low price, is one of the people accused of fraud.

The current company is trying to work something out with the SEC and has been for some time, but the SEC filed charges anyway THIS month.

So what's the deal? Why is this? What are the possible penalties against the current company? This is not just charges against the old management, otherwise the current Compnay management would not be trying to work out an agreement with the SEC.

Looking for some answers here...there are lots of us that might invest here, if somebody would give some intelligent answers to the above concerns.

Geese, the old management who still owns tons of stock at probably a 1 cent average price, could sell at anytime and tank this thing....who knows? The stock could even get halted, never to re-open again...it's happens a lot if the stock's volume goes out of control and the SEC steps in. So what are the answers?
