Simon sometimes stocks do get way ahead of the fundamentals and PE's are one way to measure if that is true. One thing to keep in mind is a PE can be forward looking as well as a look at the past. The PE of 133 that you refer to is looking back. A forward looking or PEG(growth PE) based on potential growth might expect as much a $1 a share in earnings this year.

How does a PEG of 4 sound?

Pretty reasonable I think?

I will post more on comparative PE's to other company's in the industry tonight if I can find the time between answering other questions.

Regards, Jeff
