A MESSAGE FROM JOE LANZA

T.J.S.,

Wow, cease "Joe Lanza is selling shares." Wrong! I have been a buyer
all the way down. I am not the share price problem. I don't know
where that came from. In fact, T.J.S., I have given some of my free
shares to pay for radio and other promotions to get help on the share
price. I am amazed at the misinformation that comes from nowhere. I
spoke to Wes- and the post are not on target. Listen to what I say,
don't add. I have hired a top SEC attorney to go through everything and
make all the filings that will be necessary. I have nothing to hide. I,
nor my son (I asked him), have sold stock in quite awhile. In fact T.J.S.,
I bet my stock losses are larger than your stock holdings.

I sometimes try to trade ASTG or give a helping hand. I have always
been forced to take losses. If I had extra cash, I would
call Wes and others and try to buy Andy Proctor's position out. Why
pay a commission of 25,000 buys a unit? ASTG has the right to call
what he has not sold at that price. If 13 people or 26 (or whatever
number)get together, there would or should not be any stock keeping the
market down. Wes, I have elected you and Thomas John Swift as point men.
