Book value is based on asset value divided by number of shares. With all due respect to the Commander, does not book value also need to incorporate certain liabilites, specifically (Total Assets-Intangible Assets(goodwill/patents, etc) - Current Liabilities-Long term liabilities and equity issues that have a prior claim) divided by Shares Outstanding. or something like that? TG
