But I doubt you'll find anything, since these were SEC administrative proceedings, and most likely he agreed to the fine without admitting guilt. Rotten system that allows people to get away with that. Certainly, though, you should see if you can turn anything up. "I've asked many of the people who are so quick to blast him to do such a search. They haven't." Why should I pay for it? You're the one with the investment in the company.
