Risberg,
I'll let you know about speed in a few weeks, as I'll be comparing it to NQDS L2 data by then. My first guess is that it's acceptable, though. It all depends on how you trade.
Right now their L2 sorting has some problems. At the open, sorting tends to be way out of whack until all the MMs have refreshed. Of course, this isn't a problem on heavily traded stocks but, on thinly traded issues, it can take hours before the sorting/color coding is done correctly.
Probably more important, their L2 seems to often have problems clearing an offer when it was just an ECN on the inside market - e.g. if ISLD or INCA was just on the bid, and then gets taken out, the L2 display still shows them there with an offer even though they are gone and the real best bid has dropped. Usually, closing and reopening the L2 window gets rid of erroneous offers like this, but it has cost me $$$ when trying to make very fast trades.
Overall, I must say that I'm impressed with the service for the money.
