As long as NSCP had an exposure of its products in the market place , not necessary through win98, then I do not see what Microsoft has done wrong, and the rest is competition. The antitrust law is vague and it all depends on who to explain it and how is it being explained.Besides, as the industry is changing, and new technology comes to play everyday, yesterday's business environment may not fit today's model. So, I want to ask your explanation of the ANTITRUST VIOLATION , and what Microsoft has done to violate your definition of the antitrust, please give details and specific.I do not know how to illegally prevent a competitor from participating in the market place, because I never did that, but I do know how to prevent or destroy the competitors leagally from the market place, that is through continuous improving your products, and some marketing startegy , and let the consumers make the final decisions. Since, I do not know , within you own brain, what you mean by illegally prevent competitors from participating in the market place, and you never give any specifics and details, and your definition of illegally preventing , so I do not have a base to judge if Microsoft has ever done anything illegally based, on your definition of illegally. But, what I do know is that If I do not like Explorer, I can easily download the navigator from the internet, and Microsoft did not prevent me from doing that under the window OS environment, this also means I have a choice if I do not like explorer, and that is the fact. And where is your FACTS ?
So please give your definition of antitrust, and what you mean by Microsoft illegally prevent the competitors from the exposure to the market place, pls be specific, and give details and examples , calmly , think with brain , not with emotions. especially not to use those sentence as in your previous post , like " I think you really don't understand the issues here ", those are sentence of emotions, it is not appropriate to put on a place, like on this thread which is used for formal debate . thread. |
