Thoughts on TREY, 1) Why are the Halioua brothers publishing NO news releases promoting their company? 2) Why is James Halioua (aka James Hal) selling 10,000,000 million shares as of 2/25/98? Who's is selling - who is buying... any ideas? Mark Halioua and James Hal are brothers and Howard Halpern is a brother-in-law of James Hal. Canadian family affair... required SEC reporting to list on US Nasdaq - are they sincerely trying to grow a viable company? 2a) Volume increase - are the market makers just laundering shares? Who's buying the 10 million shares that Halioua is dumping? He got the shares for 0.02 cents - dumping them at 0.04 cents? 207.168.90.10 3) TREY has a history of dumping shares into the market (S-8's) to pay for services? When does the hype begin? Why is Halious dumping his shares at 0.04 cents without trying to get a stock run-up first? 4) The main company phone number has changed often in the last 2 years. Treasury International is NOT listed in any Canadian yellow pages? Does the business even exists? Mega Blow is a active business with a Canadian listings. Are sales of Kama Sutra Premium's firming or soft in South America? 5)July 19, 1996, Common Stock George B.
