In a previous post, Norm mentioned how a small amount of soybean oil can replace the lubricating properties of sulfur in diesel. Here is diesel made from soybean oil, called Biodiesel. It is being proposed that a blend of 20% Biodiesel with 80% regular diesel be used to meet the new air pollution control standards without expensive reworking of diesel engines or replacing them to use natural gas.
