TJS,

No one as of this date has been terminated. Listening to Wes, always
Perlow, and maybe a few others, IWIC or myself are being blamed for
everything. Maybe the other 3,000 plus shareholders who call should
vote whether to keep IWIC, or cancel the contract. If the majority of the
people, not shares, wish that, I will be like the wind -gone.

So, in summation, Dal will answer the phone on Tuesday. He is the president
of FIG and a director. Hopefully, some of you out there appreciate a voice
who keeps the information and faxes coming, and answers the phone when you
call.

I am told there will be three people working at FIG. One is working
on the web site. The other will be helping Dal hand all the calls. I
hope this makes you secure.
