Smith I have always liked you and I feel you are a solid researcher but you like to believe IRs and PRs too much which is fine with me. But I read the filings and so forth.

What is the transfer Agents phone number? There is no phone listing for American Stock Transfer in Englewood, Colorado. Why can't anyone or the Company give a phone # to verify the current status of MINE? Are you aware 800,000,000 shares are authorized now that is allot of shares? Now since they have no money how many shares are being given to the labs and so forth for testing or they doing it for free also? What about the issuing of 45 Million plus shares in a 9 Month period? How are they paying for the wires to promote them since they have no source of revenues? What about in the filings where they state "Management expects to show operating losses in excess of $270,000 for the three months ended 12/31/97; and in excess of $4,000,000 for the year."? This stock compares to BCMD, NPEC, etc etc etc. but you just do not see it apparently. Also about your 28M float the SEC filings seems to indicate a total of 87,853,654 + 44,517,143 issued shares which comes to 132,370,797 total issued shares doesn't it? As far as the on-line SI memeber with the 144 look up the 144s for Douglas Lapp.
Please to continue to post to me on MINE is not going to get me to appraove it at all. Nothing can be verified at all and everything I can find in 15 minutes of research disputes everything you post positive about.
Now I like you Smith and I am not trying to slam you or anything else. I can provide more solid negatives that the speculative unverified positives that I have seen posted.
Nothing personal but I do not like this stock and 15 minutes of DD will tell you that. IF not then buy it up and get rich.
