The S-8's indicated 250,000 shares for LaserTech. If Ken Walters,
and LaserTek are gone, it would seem to me the issuance of those
shares would need to be returned to the company. I don't know for a
fact, but maybe someone else can verify.

I just beleive if all the shares issued inappropriately to
bogus consultants, family and friends who did not contribute
to the growth of this venture, are returned/seized, maybe we,
the shareholders can get more value for our TRUE shraes.

Just looking for value where it belongs.
