Smith you need to quit talking to the IR or PR their job is to pump that puppy up with words like I believe and so forth. Go read the filings and the SEC civil suit.

NEVER ignore the SEC or the SEC filings that is what they are there for. Be skeptical and paranoid about your money in this arena.

As much DD as I have on my stocks I am still paranoid because until the potential has real world attention in black and white with reputable agencies it is not verified.

DD in this arena is more common sense than anything. MINE after doing 15 minutes of research by any broker or savvy investor would just pass. Now the day traders pumping it are upset because they cannot dispute the SEC filings so they just toss the information aside and pump it more.

Just learn to be the worse critic of a stock and then and only then can you defend it with solid DD.

If you could answer with verified proof my questions that would be different. Please understand a negative post 90% of the time can be verified simply by researching it. Where a positive is more speculation and perspective that fact. Even though you can verify the market, product, management, industry etc etc etc It is still hard to prove the future.

Now I am not naysaying MINE I am pointing out MEGA red flags. The straw on the camel's back is the pump and dumpers touting all this speculation.

I could be wrong there is always exceptions to the rules.
