David I think Gary is right...Exxon would insist on their results being kept secrete. They would know that if we knew that they were happy with DF-144 that we and everyone else would bid the stock price to the moon. Thus causing EXXON millions of dollars in negotiations. And on the other side of the coin MIDL would have a gag on EXXON if they were not in complete agreement as to the results. This would keep EXXON from swaying the price negatively to scoop up MIDL cheap through a negative spin of the results. I see this as a win win situation for MIDL. And also a sign that MIDL has a good position on the bargining plateau.o
