HECK yes the SEC not the company. The company has already stated they made a concession so they apparently are guilty. When the suit is filed and the company is named I personally do not care what the company says.

Read the SEC report of charges.

I told you before the company, IR and PR are the absolute worse sources of verification. Heck they are the last ones I talk to. Talk to the transfer agent about the stock and read the last filings. They have had and going to have legal fees regardless if it is two years old and they have no revenues so how do you suppose they are going to pay for it.

Just use a little common sense before you spend more moeny than it is ever going to be worth to you. Rmemeber phone calls are expensive and that comes out of your gain. The phone calls can kill you and offset your gain.
