Jim, why Microsoft? Why not the PC OEMs? A possible out for Microsoft might be ship a second CD with every copy of Windows containing all web browsers, not just Netscape, and any software the DOJ deems necessary. People are forgetting that Microsoft has never prohibited PC OEMs from shipping CDs with other software, and indeed PC OEMs do ship other software. Not only that, but Computer City and CompUSA et al certainly carry a wide variety of software for consumers to choose from.
