Mr. Biggs, Investing 101. These shares already exist. They were ICVI shares. DId you read the one for one swap. No dilution. Straight across. The old holders of ICVI are the current holders of ME. On Wednesday I owned x amount of icvi shares, now i own the same amount of ME shares. Excuse me, not yet, the name has not changed. Maybe the next announcement. Regards, Bob P.S.
