I too have problems with IQ, BUT, Try getting data for WOW, Supercharts, Metastock, etc... You get the same problems, if not more.
IQ, NO 1 hour downlaods that crash in the middle and errors all over the data. IQ, you get it fast. Like, type in the symbol and 2 sec. later you have the chart. FAST!
Scans, 10 sec. you have the results!
WOW, and others from what I hear, you dick around for a long time to get the nightly data updates. Crashing problems, bad data, etc...
Scans, they are a joke on WOW!!

I like IQ. It really comes down to what makes yourself the most confortable. Some might feel at ease with metastock, WOW, TC200,etc..
What matters, is learning the in and outs of the program you dicide to use.
